Refund Policy

All my courses, products and services are owned and operated by me, Max van Collenburg 🙂

I’m going to give everything I have to help you improve your online marketing.

And to make sure you’ll make the right decision I have this refund policy.

Please read it carefully.

By using any of my programs, products, and services you are agreeing to the refund policy as they appear and are legally bound by them, whether or not you have read them. If at any time you do not agree with these policies, please do not use my programs, products, and services.

Please only purchase any of my programs, products or services if you understand and agree with my refund policy.

Done for You Services

My Done for You Services services does not offer any kind of refund. Once you decide to move onwards with me and purchase any of my Done for You Services, you won’t be able to request a refund.

Coaching services

I do not offer any kind of refunds for coaching services. This is because I invest my personal time into your success. Please only purchase my coaching services if you are convinced I, Max van Collenburg, am the right partner to work with you.

Educational Programs & Products

Chatbot Playground
The Chatbot Playground, my advanced chatbot course, is divided into 6 stages;

1️⃣ Stage 1: introductory
2️⃣ Stage 2: Chatbot Basics
3️⃣ Stage 3: Strategy & Preparations
4️⃣ Stage 4: Building your chatbot
5️⃣ Stage 5: Generating Leads
6️⃣ Stage 6: Making the Sale

After purchasing the Chatbot Playground, you will get access to the first 3 stages (contains about 25 lessons).

You get 30 days to go through these 3 stages. During this 30 day period, you can request a refund. In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 30 days of purchasing, contact me here and let me know you’d like a refund by the 30th day at 11:59 CET. I will ask you why you would like to request a refund (so that I can improve my products) and then refund you your investment without any hassle 🙂

Once you accessed stage 4 (either within 30 days of purchasing or afterward), you won’t be able to request a refund anymore.

Flows & Automations
I do not offer any kind of refunds for Flows or Automations you bought. You’ll get a preview beforehand to decide if it is right for you. Please only purchase my Flows if you are convinced that they are going to help you.
